Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material lead out of MOD land as per direction of Engineer - in- charge complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick /stone masonry work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material lead out of MOD land as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in Channels, angles, tees and flats complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over area as in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means for foundation, footings, trenches or drain (exceeding 30 cm in depth and 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M15 grade with minimum cement content of 240 kg /cumfor plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishingas per direction of the engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, two or more coats on new work over incl of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concertina coil fencing with pinched tape concertina coil 600mm dia having 50 Nos rounds per 6 mtr length upto 3.0m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shape placed 3.50 m to 4.5m apart with horizontal barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165kg /sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of mild steel angle CC blocks and barbed wire shall be paid separately under relevant item of this schedule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barberd with 2 mm dia bar at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossig with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed each line of wire to be measured complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken galss coping in CM (1:3) on top of wall all as specified and directed and specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded bricks of class designation 12.5 confirming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with modular bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineerin-Charge (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 18-20 mm thick granite gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanitycounters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels complete all as specified and directed.
