Removing plants with roots by chipping walls / beams / junctions of vertical stacks / water supply lines or any other location as directed and making good the disturbed portions with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and painting the surfaces so as to match with existing treatment work upto 15 th storey complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Preparing old surfaces on walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash Upto 15th floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Preparing old surfaces on ceiling by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash Upto 15th floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) upto 15th floor complete all as specified and as directed. Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 15th floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ) Make : M/s. Asian Paints [Apcolite], M/s. Berger Paints [Luxol], Jenson & Nicholson [Brolac].

Preparing old surfaces on walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing , removing of nails, filling the holes by putty where required and applying one coat of distemper oil Emulsion any colour complete all as specified and as directed upto 15th floor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ) Make for Distemper : Asian / Nerolac / Berger ( All 1st quality).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement work up to 4th storey complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion any colour over one coat of primer work upto 15th floor complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ) Make for Distemper : Asian / Nerolac / Berger ( All 1st quality).

Roughening the surface in small patches n.exc 3 Sqm ,applying epoxy (Nitto bond ) to facilitate proper bonding with old surfaces,and M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of walls / Columns/chajjas in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even with out using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required and making good with existing finishes work up to 16th storey. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Roughening the surface in small patches n.exc 3 Sqm ,applying epoxy (Nitto bond ) to facilitate proper bonding with old surfaces,and M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished fair and even with out using extra cement and making good with existing finishes work up to 16th storey . (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

Removing the existing treatment from the roof , demolition of unreinforced concrete under old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. in multistoreyed bldgs , M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm, M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B0, using (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base / levelling course of flooring , Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, provn of APP polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3 Kg / Sq.M in corporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bitumenous Primer @ 100 gms / Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 @ 1.2 Kg / Sq.M each at top and bottom of the membrane followed by a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.50 lit / sqm complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10cm overlap and on vertical surface the membrane shall be inserted in grooves and packed in CM(1:3) all as per manufacturers instructions on non accessible roofs complete all as specified and as directed.
