Clearing and Grubbing Road Land; Clearing and grubbing road land, including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings, and trees of girth upto300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material sand stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000m, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Setting Out ; The analysis of rate per km shall account for the following: (1) Construction of reference pillars (burjee) @ 20 m on both sides as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) and @ 8.33 m interval on curves (2) Construction of back pillars in front of each reference pillar as per Fig. 1600.1 (c ) (3) Construction of job pillars as per Fig. 1600.1 (d) (4) Construction of reference pillars as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1602.1

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m; Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Excavation in Ordinary Rock using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000m; Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 mas per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1A) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 (Grading II -By Plant mix Method)

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stones screenings, binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per technical specification cluse - 404

(Tack Coat) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
