NID-158- Restoration to Kuakhai Left Embankment from RD 735Mtr. to 950Mtr.

Clearing grass and removal ; rubbish up to a distance 50 Mtr. Outside disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour T&P, labour welfare cess etc. complete as per direction the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old revetment and aprons, including dismantling and stacking the existing stones at site for pre-measurement, and thereafter repacking the same old stones in aprons and revetments to the required line, level and slope, including filling of interstices with suitable spalls, wedging and hammering, with all leads, lifts, delifts, handling and re-handling, labour, T&P, labour welfare cess and all other incidental charges, complete in all respects as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments with hard granite stone boulders of 15 cm to 30 cm size, including dressing and hand packing to the required line, level, thickness and slope, filling the interstices with suitable small stones and jhalli/jallies, including cost, carriage, loading, unloading, all leads, lifts and delifts, E.M.F., D.M.F., additional charges, royalty, labour welfare cess, taxes and all other incidental charges, complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting and supplying good quality hard granite stone boulders of minimum 0.0025 cum each from an approved quarry and of approved quality, free from weathered skin, cracks and other deleterious materials, including necessary quality control tests, cost of quarrying, dressing, loading, unloading, carriage, all leads, lifts and delifts, royalty, E.M.F., D.M.F., additional charges, labour welfare cess, taxes and all other incidental charges; including stacking at work site for pre-measurement and thereafter conveying from stacks and dumping/placing the boulders in rip-rap of earth Embankment /dyke to the required line, level, thickness and slope, including filling the interstices with suitable small stones, wedging and hammering, surface packing and fixing wave breakers, complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
