Manning, operation and maintenance of central air conditioning plant at 33 SU (IACCS) of capacity 100 TR (3x50 TR each with 50% standby), tround the clock three shifts of eight hours each per day (Total 24 hrs) with one refrigeration mechanic in each shift of 8 hours duties including sunday/holiday complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rate required to be quoted for execution of work as described in Srl item No.1 here in before for the following.

(a) Refrigeration Mechanic (Skilled) Wages Basic rate for Refrigeration mechanic.

(b) ESI as per existing rules for Refrigeration mechanic.

(c) EPF as per existing rules for Refrigeration mechanic.

(d) Contribution of Bonus as per existing rules for Refrigeration mechanic.

(e) Over head charges and profit on Srl No.(a) to (d) above.

(f) LWC as per existing rules for Refrigeration mechanic.

(g) GST as per existing rules for Refrigeration mechanic.

Manning, operation and maintenance of central air conditioning plant at Parachute of capacity 25TR (2x25 TR each with 50% standby), round the clock three shifts of eight hours each per day (Total 24 hrs) with one refrigeration mechanic in each shift of 8 hour duties including sunday/holiday complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Notes for Srl Item No. 1.00 to 6.00 of BOQ (a) AC Plants and buildings at IACCS 33 SU, Base Ops, Salawas, ACMI,ILS and parachute will handed over for manning, operation and maintenance.. (i) The contractor shall be take over Plants & their buildings in serviceable & good condition at the time of commencement of work and shall be taken over in the same state at the time of completion of contract period. Any damage loss occured to AC Plants,Machinery and buildings etc shall be made good by contractor with same specifications at their own cost at the time of completion of contract. Decision of Garrison Engineer will be final and binding. (ii) During this period of eleven months contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipemtns to his employees required for day to day works without any extra cost. (iii) Daily Cleaning of AC plants,Machinery , Motor control valves, LT Panel & Plant rooms, sub stations and their surrounding area will be responsibilites of manpower employed by contractor . (iv) Refrigeration Mechanic should be well experienced (minium 6-8 yrs) in the same field or ITI qualified with (2-3 years) experience in the same field. (v) The rate of recovery in case of absence of man power shall be charged double of the wage per shift per mechanic. (vi) Daily Cleaning of all rooms viz floor walls and ceiling fan including internal electrical fixtures will be responsibilites of manpower employed by contractor. (vii) No unauthorised person shall be allowed to enter in AC plant complex. Daily cleaning of all valve chambers, water drain, footpath and roof/top surface of underground. (viii) Monthly cleaning of AC plants, Motor control valves , LT Panels, cooling tower, valves and filter etc complete.area will be responsibilites of manpower employed by contractor . (ix) Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster, attendance register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .
