CLEANING OF CANE CARRIER PIT & CLEANING OF BAGASSE FROM MILL HOUSE AND REMOVAL OF LEFT OVER CANE FROM TRUCKS AND TRACTOR TROLLEYS FOR THE SEASON, 2018-19

Job work on Labour Rate i) Cleaning of cane carrier & Auxiliary Cane carrier pit. Cane & Aux. carrier chain & states , checking of chain , nut & bolts & removal of cut cane form surrounding area of chopper, Leveller , Fibrizer & Rake& rake Elevator & refeeding of same into the material into cane carrier cleaning of hoods of Chopper , Leveller & Fibrizer including cleaning of jamming at chopper , Leveller & Fibrizer in all three shifts. ii) Cleaning of fine bagasse scattered around first mill to last mill bagasse (including drains of mills house pump side & opposite & before first mill & last mill) Bagasse elevator & carriers, oil gallery, new boiler area, Control rooms, Transformer & D.G. set room, around bagasse belt conveyor and nearby drain area up to bagasse yard boundary wall & shifting of same into bagasse yard in all three shifts. Cleaning & sweeping of mill house platform etc. iii) Removal of left over cane from Trucks and Tractor Trolleys, picking of cane from the both side of cane carrier and feeding the same in the Cane Carrier. Removal of cane under the tyres of Trucks, Trolleys & put the same in Cane Carrier. Lifting of fallen cane from both sides of cane carrier and from Weighbridge to cane carrier end & put the same in the Cane carrier. This work will be carried out around the clock. (Rate to be quoted Lump-sum Per month basis)
