Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Complete removal of old existing treatment of any thickness from RCC roof by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc as laid horizontaly or verticaly including taking out layer of cement plaster and plain cement concete of any thickness over RCC roof surface if any by scrapping/scrubbing/brooming down etc and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling and taking down fluroscent tube light fittings singlr/double of any wattage or size security light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed.
