If bitumen required is more than 4.50% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Providing and laying 30 mm compacted thickness of Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 80-100 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant with bituminous binder VG-40 @5.4% (minimum) and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and pneumatic tyred roller (PTR) of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MPa and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Vth revision)-2013 Clause No. 507 complete in all respect. If bitumen required is more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying 100mm thick ISI Marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS 15658-2006/IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-50 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.160)

Construction of sub-grade of 500mm thick in full formation width with soil minimum CBR of 8% obtained from borrow area with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table-300-2 complete in all respect as per X-section attached with DNIT, as per clause No. 305 of MORT&H specification-2013. The finished road surface will be as per X-section approved by Engineer. Quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 31017 cum. Then actual quantiy (less than 31017 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 31017 cum. Then only 31017 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land. Before start of work, the contractor will prepare the L-section and X-section of the project highway and get it approved from engineer with respect to GTS bench mark. This work shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. NOTE:- if soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC-SP-89-2010 as approved by the SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work.

Providing and laying 2-way Small median markers (The Median Marker shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with an trapezoidal isosceles structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and 10 cm respectively. The Median Marker Shall have fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm*8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements and meets ASTM D4956 type lX specifications. The retro-reflective Sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Median Marker complete as per Standard drawings of IRC 67, MORTH Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – charge.

Providing and fixing Railing Clamp Delineators, at railing on structures (ROB, Flyover, Bridges & Underpass) complete as per Standard drawings of IRC 37, Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – charge.

Recovery items: - The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required grading, required bituminous content and bringing the same to fulfill all the criteria as mentioned in the MORT&H specifications for the relevant item) and after getting approval from employer for the same. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under : i) Granular Material @ Rs 720/- per cum
