Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction/Improvements to Canal (CC lining/Box lining) of value not less than Rs. 199.00 Lakhs at 2025-26 price level in the preceding last five years. Note:-Work done certificate issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be furnished.Financial turnover & Work done of previous years indicated above shall be given a weightage of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of 2025-26

Each bidder/firm/company/ should have executed in any one year of the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of work during (80% of expected peak rate of construction for 4 to 5 critical items which account for more than 60% of the total cost of the work. 1). Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under-Assessed available tender capacity (AXNX1.50-B) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited, i.e 0.50, B Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.50 year

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 120.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized/Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc., in the prescribed format (section 3 (1.11)) failing which tenders are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e) 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25, a)Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 797.00 Lakhs. Note-Annual Turnover certificate (should contain valid UDIN number) duly certified by Chartered Accountant along with audited balance sheets should be furnished.
