Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced or existing black top road of any description and in any position. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick spread thickness Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and onsolidated to gradient and camber require complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam s by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. swe eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to unlevelled surfaces by filling in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid rolled and compacted to required gradiebt and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for preparing existing black top or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaced with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 kg/10 sqm over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix made with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade) (iii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However if binder content worked out to be on minus side during design process (i.e less than 5.5%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in particular specification.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around adges making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg/ 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg / 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of material obtained from item No 1 & 2 to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr and depositing on a level 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Clearance of road side berm including removing bushes, vegitation growth including taking out road of bushes / vegitation groth up to 30cm depth and disposal of rubish to a distance not exc 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as speecified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete vwork surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound minimum 2.5mm thick using indegeneous modern propeller road marking machine including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per the code of practice for road marking paints white with hot thermoplastic road marking compound all as directed including applying one coat of ceiling primer including all materials and labour, brushes, tools, equipments fuel etc complete incl applying paint in lines, dashes, arrows etc complete all as specified Note :- Road marking paint shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions and as specified in particular specifications.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. Material and labour for cement concrete work as in pavement/ Hardstanding of Flexural Strenght 40 Kg/sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cum, thickness of concrete shall be 200 mm including necessary form work etc. Note 1. Concrete shall be laid in panel as directed by Engg in charge. 2 deduction shall be made for expansion joint. Joint shall be measured and paid seperatly. Surface shall be broomed finish.

Forming 10 mm thick expantion joint filled with pre formed bituminious filler and top 30 mm primed and seasled with sealing compound grade A for 200mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for PVC water road barrier size of 1000mmx500mm x 800mm with water capacity of 25 ltrs and min weight of7 kg with reflector radium tape . code no JS034 Barrier or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.
