Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from wooden / metal frame works, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces mixed with Integral Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer instructions all as specified and directed. NOTE : The Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprately

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified..

Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated semi corrugated etc sheets in roof covering.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile stenght of 550 MPA as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zink coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile stenght of 550 MPA as in roof covering /cladding to wall, ridge, eaves board valley fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling and breaking up PVC drain pipes of 110mm dia or below jointed in CM and taking out of trenches.

Supply and fix, 110mm bore PVC (SWR)pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 75 mm bore PVC (SWR)pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) with access door bends 110mm dia.

S&F for PVC (SWR) with access door bends 75 mm dia.

Supply and fix, PVC cowls 110 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old painted steel surface of any description ,over 10cm width or girth as in roof sheet and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over aone coat of red oxide primer.Complete all as specefied and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of old damaged existing water proofing compound on RCC roof of any description and specification and cleaning the surface thoroughly all as specified and directed

M & L 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm and applied coat of hot blown bitumen of graded 85/25 @1.2 Kg/Sqm

Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based Polymeric membrane of approved manufacture with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster febric weight not less than 150gms per Sqm.The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps and Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 liter per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane including removing and lowering down of existing tank of any capacity and refixing it on same place(if any) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying for preparation of old painted surfaces of old painted steel surfaces and iron surfaces pf any description ,over 10cm width or girth incl and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specefied and directed.

M&L for applying for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and woodbase surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specefied and directed.

M&L preparation of newely plaseter sufaces and appplying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over two primer coats of damp shealth to new plastered walls as per manufacturer and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of white wash on old wall surfaces of walls and cornices including preparation of old plastered or un plastered of surafce of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing ,srcaping down smoke soot ,moulds ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot all as specified and directed

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, roman, itallic or indian) n.exc. 30cm high.

M&L writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggr) in roof Kerbs,rounded or chamfered or haunching in chajjas to prevent water seepage into brick walls,including necessory formwork and scafolding upto a height of 8mtr including demolition of existing PCC all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing surface of wall by using electric rubbing machine (sanders) and appplying two coats of weather coat(Apex) over one coats of damp shield primer to old plastered walls as per manufacturer instrcution including properly fillings the cracks with putty and apllied by approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work includung door,gates,etc and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of joist channel,angle,flat iron or Tee sections,fixed independently with connecting plates,etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde 250 Quality A) complete including painting ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
