M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs suported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specifed and directed.

(b) 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth and curing for minimum 7 days (c) Preparing & Cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 liters per Sqm conforming IS 3384-1986 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above application of polymeric membrance shall be by torch application. The overlap shall be minium 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and directed. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/sqm.

Taking down carefully existing aluminum/copper surface/concealed point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holder, regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 of walls, floors, ceiling etc including painting if required to match up with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable damaged/burn out cable of any size & make and supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty cable of size10 Sqmm 4 core,1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured, multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes all bare conductor of cable including cable gland and lugs etc at both ends incl disconnecting and taking out unserviceable damaged cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable sand cushioning & cable protection shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
