Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness of each layers including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire the satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size including curing complete in parapets and the like etcetera including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (three decimal one five milimeter) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in columns, pillars , posts and struts, square, rectangular, polygonal in plain in all floor level. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying plain cement concrete work M20 (M twenty) with cement contents not less than 320 kg (three hundred and twenty kilogramme) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete as per PWD specification, drawing excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in foundation and plinth as per PWD specification drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (IS marked Z-120) of TATA Durashine/ sail over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametres with prepainted limpet, rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, drawing and design including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive of sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeters) overall with 0.50mm) Zero point five zero millimeters) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyesters organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm (Six millimeters) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in beams joints, channels angles tees flats with connections plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Excavation in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtr (One decimal five zero metre) stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00m (Three metre) clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required in to plinths, sides of foundations etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto any lead lift and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes as imposed by the government.

Stone filling tightly dry hand packed under flooring including ramming and consolidation complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , sales tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer –in-Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 40 (forty) millimetre thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: three graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter ) nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Painting two coats (excluding priming coats) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt dust and other foreign matter enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
