Shifting of damaged 100 KVA voltage stabilizer from station to road side with help of manual labour near about 01 KM and loading in private load carrier and unloaded at workshop.
Dismantling of core/coils from container by using, skilled labour to assess the nature of fault
Complete strip rewinding of 02 no. leg wound in pure copper strip of adequate strength as per design requirement. (18 kg /leg).
Providing and fitting of insulation material like PVC cotton tape, cork sheets, latheride paper, nut and bolts for windings and core cell.
Reassembling the whole unit at workshop and shifting of the same work at site. The job also includes testing of the stabilizer on full load after connecting input and output connections.
Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper winding at s. no 03.
