Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil and transportation of excavated earth by mechanical /manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breacking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidential charges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and royality will be deducted as applicable). Measurement will be taken on finished level section.)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying & stacking good quality IRC grade-I HG metal 90mm to 45 mm (as per MOST specification) of approved quality for metalling to an uniform thickness 100mm thick compacted and thickness packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber including conveying spreading of filler materials (moorum) and filling the interstices by spreading the same with proper camber over the surface watering consolidation with PRR including cost, carriage, royalty and all other taxes of materials to the site of work including hire and running charges of PRR with POL etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted surface only).

Collecting, supplying good quality 53mm to 22.40mm (IRC Grade-III) hard stone metal (as per MoSRT WBM specification) of approved quality of size for metalling to an uniform 75mm compacted thickness and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber including conveying spreading of filler materials(moorum) and filling the interstices by spreading the same over the surface & consolidation with PRR & all watering including cost, carriage, royalty and all other taxes of materials to the site of work and including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted surface only).

Collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality laterite moorum in and conveying from stacks and lspresding on road surface in layers to the required thickness with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour including watering and consolidated with PRR with hire and running charges of all machineries etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate pof 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT & H specification for road and bridge works including cost, carriage, royality and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Providing applying tack coat including cost of bitumen emulsion of penetration grade over prepared surface using 0.20kg peneration grade per sqm over granular base treated with non primer surface including cost carriage and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Labour for scarping, cleaning road surface and providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate for 10m² with 14.60kg of penetration grade of bitumen including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR hot mix plant & bitumen boiler with all cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, T&P to the site of work & taxes of all materials etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for laying 6mm thick pre coated seal coat over premix carpet using 0.06cum of 6mm size hard granite chips downgraded & 6.80 kg of bitumen for 10m² conveying chips from stacking yard at work site, feeding in to hot bitumen mixture, heating bitumen to required temperature, conveying and spreading for pre coating chips in required quantity to ensure through pre coating apply tack coat conveying pre-coated chips for mixture & laying the same to proper profile & consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, with POL bitumen mixtures, tar boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, carriage, royalty of all materials required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.
