M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per Sqm. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall surfaces after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 105 to 107 above (a.) The work shall be executed from authorized applicator only through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Putty,Primer and exterior emulsion etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and as approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.)
