Providing and fitting of CGI sheets of thickness 0.58mm to the existing pump station complete with all required indispensable fittings viz., J-hooks, nails, washers etc.

Shifting of 100kVA voltage stabilizer by mechanical and manual means which includes load carrier to private workshop for Lead upto 12km. Dismantling of 100kVA voltage stabilizer at private workshop by way of removing of lid, dismantling of voltage regulator and lifting of cradle along with coils for necessary check, repairs and impregnation. The job includes providing and fitting of required tapings to the copper legs. The job also includes providing and fitting of voltage regulating assembly of size 10in×10in and connecting with all connections complete in all respects. The job includes drainage of old T. oil, filtration and dehydration of same to remove moisture and water droplets by way of required heat treatment process includes providing and filling of 20 Ltr fresh T. oil for topping. Assembling of stabilizer, shifting back to site in private vehicle, installation, testing of same in no and full load at site.

Providing, Fabrication and erection of overhead gantry (HOT) for suction system at DWS Mehrajpora fabricated out of 100mm NB-MS pipe of medium class by required mechanical operations viz., cutting, boring, aligning and welding. The welding to be carried out by using superior quality electrodes of make: Adore/Advani/Essab. The two No’s of vertical posts of size 6m each fabricated out of 100mm pipe be erected and embedded in cement concrete blocks in M15 mix after excavating proper trenchs by manual means of size-2′ 2 ′ × 3 ′ .The plates of size 200mm × 200mm × 8mm be fixed on both ends of the vertical posts by proper welding. The horizontal beam shall be fabricated out of ISMB-100 of length not less than 6m fixed completely on the top ends of the aligned vertical erected posts by required welding/ nut bolts, also includes 02 No. of base plates to be fixed on the beam as per direction of I/c Engineer. The job includes providing and fitting of required cleats of angel iron to top ends of vertical posts for proper fixing of horizontal beam.
