Design, supply and erection of flood lighting system with Single telescopic sections of hot dip galvanized high mast total height of 12 meters and material of construction as per S 355 grade as per BS-EN10 025 (with base plate welded to the bottom sections) and holdings, All sections shall be totally hot dip galvanized fitted at site suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 and it shall also include the following accessories etc. complete as required as per the specifications given include making of necessary foundation as per site condition ( Make :- AAI Approved Make )

1.1 (a) Galvanized lantern carriage to hold minimum all required LED light fittings (suitable for 150 Watts LED Flood Light luminaire - 8 Nos ) for desired lux level in the designated area plus two additional light fittings for redundancy including all accessories, counter weights and self balance.

1.2(b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self fabricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive, pulley, & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6mm dia 316 Grade S.S hoisting (7/19 construction) etc. completes with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz/1-Phase, 230V, 50Hz operated integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation.

1.3 (c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 6 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of 2.5 sq.mm. copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings.

1.4(d) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with GI nuts, GI washer, suitable size anchor plate and template.

1.5(e) Design, casting of open raft type RCC foundation suitable for soil bearing capacity at site. The minimum M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 meter depth job including all materials and labour and as per site conditions. (The foundation design should be vetted form reputed IIT/ NIT/ any reputed Govt technical institution suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 along with desired fittings for 5 average lux level)

1.6 (f) Testing of soil in approved government laboratory to determine bearing capacity.

1.7 (g) Junction box as per specifications

1.8(h) Heavy gauge hot dip galvanized lightening arrester and its necessary connections at the top.

1.9 (i) SITC of 01 no. Aviation Obstruction Light and Installation of required nos of fittings to achieve the desired lux level including its control wiring with copper conductor cable from control box.

Supply of 150 W LED Floodlight luminaire with 5700K colour temperature, Efficacy of LED Light Fitting Minimum 110 lm/W, Pf equal to 0.95 or more, THD should be less than 10% , minimum IP 65 protection with housing material made of High Pressure Die Cast Aluminium /Standard Alloy suitable for Outdoor Application with manufacturer Name/Logo enbossed in the housing Body or on Aluminium Plate etc. complete as required, all prewired upto terminal block and suitable for operation on 230 V+/- 10%, 50Hz, single phase AC supply and as per technical specification with all its accessories, driver etc as complete.

Supply of 12W slim type recessed mounted, with 5700K colour temperature, Efficiency of LED Light Fitting Minimum 100lm/W, Pf equal to 0.95 or more, THD should be less than 10% , minimum IP 20 protection with housing material made of Extruded Aluminium /CRCA/ Standard Alloy suitable for Indoor type application with manufacturer Name/Logo enbossed in the housing Body or on Aluminium Plate etc. complete as required, all prewired upto terminal block and suitable for operation on 230 V+/- 10%, 50Hz, single phase AC supply and as per technical specification with all its accessories, driver etc as complete.

IP 54, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, weather proof, outdoor, compartmentalized, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz AC system with aluminium busbars including internal wiring with suitable size wires/cable interconnection, bottom, cable entry provision, duly powder coated painting etc., including with DMC/SMC bus bar supports, common GI earth of size 25mm X 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud including supply and installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the LT Panel and as per specifications.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation etc including form work etc as required.

Demolishing cement concrete surface/paver blocks manually or by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.
