Taking down cement plaster in any description from concrete/stone surfaces scrubing down with water etc and its removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.
Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface and stone masonary surface, in cement mortar 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound and not less than 200ml/50KG of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under supply only)

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in flooring, paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.
