Annual Maintenance and Upkeeping of Archaeological Gardens under Aizawl Circle, Aizawl (in the States of Tripura and Manipur) for the period from July, 2026 to March, 2027 during the financial year 2026-27

The provision has been made for Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. 09 month (July 2026 to march 2027) X 714 sqm=6426.00 sqm.

The provision of fertilizer (N.P.K 20-20-20) has been made in this estimate for seasonal beds, dot plants and lawn areas respectively etc. Against Intensive area @ 50.0 Kg. N2/Acre/Annum (50:50) (Half Quantity of N2 through inorganic manure).

The provision of plant protection product has been made in this estimate to protect the plants of garden from deferent types of diseases/ insects/ pests from time to time in the year as per requirement. The rate is @2000/Acre/Annum.

The provision has been made for maintenance of electric lawn mower like rewinding and recoiling of electric motor, changing of ball bearing, capacitor and other accessories for day to day maintenance of the garden.

The provision has been made in this estimate for plantation of seasonal flower for flower bed during the winter seasons and summer season .(a) Chrysanthemum double variety having 45 to 60 cm ht- 15 nos. (b) Salvia red Hybrid dwarf variety having 15 cm to 25 cm ht- 20 nos.

The provision has been made for Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
