SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat, and removing unserviceable materials,debris and rubbish to distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards /slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

M&L 25mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor / path surfaces finished even & rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular, Dark shade to match with existing tiles and sample approved by GE) area of each tiles each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,, in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, cut to shape and size as required in skirting/dado etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, un-courses, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without suing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of gauge exc 63 mm and not exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick ,watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/ paver block/ path etc finishing the surface even & rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror face) complete over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix), type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs, column, beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Clip-in false ceiling system with plaing steel beveled edged tile (600mm x 600mm) manufactured out of 0.70mm aluminium sheet having power coating with 60 microns polyester paint on front side. Two sides of each tile shall be rised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring clip-in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of galvanized steel 0.50 mm thick clip- in profile of size 38mm x 20mm and installed at 600mm c/c spacing to support the tiles clip-in profiles shall be suspended and joitned from galvanized steel 'C' channels of size 10mm x 38mm x 10mm with hold on clamps at spacing as specified by manufacturer. Suspension angles shall be suspended from the roof structure by GI ceiling brackets as per manufacturer instructions and jointed to the 'C' channels. The tiles shall be held in place by pressure clips 'C' at spacing as per manufacturers instructions. GI wall angle shall be used on wall angle shall be used on wall of size 20mm x 30mm x 20mm and 0.5mm thick with matching the color with tiles all as per manufacturer specifications/instructions and including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete,1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured anti-skid outdoor full body vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 15mm thick conforming to IS 4457:2007 as in parking/footpath fixed with spacers over 6mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Johnson (Meteor series of Johnson Endura) or equivalent make of Somany / Kajaria / Orient Bell /Nitco

Taking down and refixing down gate, fixed in any position and repairing to/renewing of hold fasts (03 Nos on each side of pillars) using MS articles i.e. angles, tees, flats, bars etc. including demolition of portion of existing pillars for proper fixing of hold fasts with the reinforcement of pillars in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Pink Stone Fountain (i.e. Sandstone) including pool of size 84" dia and 12" height, centre piece fountain have dia 36" and height 84" (3 staged fountain) incl all fittings of standard quality (all as per sketch 'A' or equivalent as approved by GE) product must be suitable for installation in Rain exposed areas complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wall murals in 3D form of material resin and fibre glass weather proof of high quality having glossy/shiny surface of size 6' x 6' and having thickness 10mm, fixed to wall with all fittings, quality and design of murals must be all as per sketch 'A' or equivalent as approved by GE before laying at site product must be suitable for installation in Rain exposed areas complete all as specified and directed.

S&F formation history over black granite stone of size 4' x 5' and having thickness 10-12mm incl engraving of letters on stone (i.e. Alphabets, special characters, numericals etc.) of size 20mm to 25mm height and width 15mm to 20mm. Designer border and letters engraved by machine with Gold or Silver polishing (Sample of border design and alphabet design first approved by GE) product must be suitable for installation in Rain exposed areas complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for inaugration granite stone of size 2' x 1.5' and having thickness 10-12mm incl engraving of letters on stone (i.e. Alphabets, special characters, numerical etc.), of size 20mm to 50mm height and width 15mm to 40mm. Designer border and letters engraved by machine with Gold or Silver polishing (Sample of border design and alphabet design first approved by GE) product must be suitable for installation in Rain exposed areas complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning submersible pumpset of capacity 2 HP (1.5KW), discharge -9LPS, Head- 10m suction & delivery size 65mm x 50mm 5 star rated, with single phase 220V, 50Hz IP-68 protecton with DOL stator suitable for operation on 220-240 volts single phase 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar KOSi 216 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning environment friendly new generation energy saving focused light 50w using COB LED as light source complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells or equivalent.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning environment friendly new generation energy saving waterproof corrosive resist fountain light multicolor (VIBGYOR) 20W suitable for 220V, AC supply complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L distribution board sheet steel powder coated for MCB with copper bus bar and neutral link earthing stud SPN 12 way 240 volts double door complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Distribution board and MCB's should be same make.

S&F MCB, SPN 40 Amp 10 KA, 240V, C curve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, SP 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 230V, C curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core 6 Sqmm cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip & (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 20 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches with medium grade galvanised iron fitting (ISI marked) such as bends, tees, sockets, nipples & unions, flanges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, taking up/down or laying of GI tubing/CI pipe etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cutting of existing GI pipe line of size 25mm size (02 cuts) in position for making branch connection 20mm dia for inserting of Tee complete including Tee of required size and other fitting such as sockets, nipples, unions etc. complete including making threads in position for both side as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, heavy duty confirming to IS -778 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, heavy duty confirming to IS -778 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.
