Replacement by way of Fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm nominal dia. MS foot valve as per the below specifications: - Nominal diameter 300 mm Height 375mm Bell mouth 350 mm Sheet thickness 8mm Seat plate thickness 16 mm No. of ports 1 Port diameter 200 mm Flap thickness 12 mm The flaps to be hinged with MS hinge pin assembly having suitable counter weight and also a suitable washer/sole rubber gasket to be fixed with the flaps.A cylinder shaped MS strainer fabricated out of 12mm with a height of 300 mm built around equally spaced three horizontal rings ribbed vertically at a space of 25mm. the bottom of the foot valve shall be provided and fitted with steel section at above mentioned spaces. The job also includes the charge for dismantling of damaged /rusted foot valve from suction pipe by way of cutting, then fitting of new foot valve at same place by welding work. Old foot valve return to division store.
