Pumping Machinery:
Booster Stage: - Supply of Submersible clear cold & fresh water Pumping sets of reputed make such as KSB/Clama/SU/Johanston conforming to latest relevant BIS code. The pump should be fitted will free flow impellers of bronze/suitable alloy as per BIS 8034-1976 latest suitable for clear water having greased packed bearing and shaft with bound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft confirming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti/Cromptorn make conforming to relevant BIS Code latest with up to date amendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber & grease packed lubricated bearing & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. Providing Automation of entire system which comprises of 2 Nos. Submersible pump sets of 7.50 HP each in sump well and 2 Nos. Centrifugal pump sets of 20 HP each and main SCADA to be operated from the automation room at Lahat Pump house for entire scheme. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved make shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour, day and month shall be generated at main control stations . GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access locations at main control rooms ( Parour&Gharoon). This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system module communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm has to submit detailed automation proposal incorporating all the hardware involved owing to above mentioned scope in the technical bid. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from CE Dharamshala. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. The makes of Sluice valves shall be Kirloskar/Leader/KSB. The makes for Electrical actuators for automatic valves shall be Marsh/Auma/Rotex. The make for PLC shall be Siemens/Allen Bradly. The makes for Ultra Sonic level sensors shall be ABB/Siemens/E&H/Fobes Marshal.
