JOB ORDER FOR Repair maintenance of old unserviceable burnt LT feeder panel board and connected cables and faulty MCCBS near Colaba House and rectification of HT fault near old SHO under GE (West ) Colaba , Mumbai . 1. Necessary job order through local trade may please be initiated to carry out under GE(W) Colaba, Mumbai:- (a) Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to old burnt/short circuted LT electric outdoor feeder panels including following activities (i) Taking out old burnt unserviceable parts, scrubbing and removing carbons from busbar, panel body, taking out burnt MCCBs from LT feeder panel and applying CRC sheet to remove carbons from body and busbar, (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors ,providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed . (Note : MCCB,Glands, End joints, Painting measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.) Each job-02 (b) M & L for spray painting to indoor/outdoor type, step up/step down transformer installed at different location of Colaba area after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust, filing of cavaties and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of approved quality of required colour and writing the details such as Incoming/ outgoing location. etc. all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge of the following sizes:- Each Job 01 (c) Dismantling of Damaged/Burnt MCCB and Supply & fixing of MCCB,3Pole,315 Amps,35kA, 415Volts,50Hz AC s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. MAKE: Havells- Each Job-01 (f) Dismantling of Damaged/Burnt MCCB and Supply & fixing of MCCB,3Pole,200 Amps,36kA, 415Volts,50Hz AC s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. MAKE: L&T DU 250- Each Job-01 (g) Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m indepth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete in hard/dense soil all as specified- CUM-15.6 (h) Returning,filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering ,well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified- CUM-6.5 (j) Removing of excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of MD land complete all as specified and directed - CUM-7.55 (k) Supply and providing sand for sand cushioning for cable protection or filling in trenches of sand in cable ducts after cleaning of ducts all as directed and specified Note:. for the purpose of payment punned thickness will be measured- CUM-7.81 (l) Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made Covers) of sizes Class HVP type I with peak, flat size 300x180x40 mm putting adjecent to each other as specified.- Each-55 (m) Supply and providing unreinforced pre cast cement concrete cable cover for cable protection (Ready made Covers) of sizes Class LV type I with flat , flat size 250x150x40 mm putting adjecent to each other as specified.- Each -400 (n) Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm all as specified.- Each-01 (o) Taking out/down for old cable and rerouting ,re laying the same after checking ,meggaring complete LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty of size 50 sqmm X 3.5 Core to 185sqmm X 3.5 Core including connecting up electric power to panel/feeder box all as specified and directed. RM-70 (p) Taking out/down for old cable and rerouting ,re laying the same after checking ,meggaring complete HT underground cables, 11000 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty of size 240sqmm X 3 Core including connecting up electric power to panel/feeder box all as specified and directed. RM-10 (q) Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for indoor termination type joint complete with jointing material lugs and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified. Each Job-04 (r) Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable for indoor termination type joint complete with jointing material lugs duly crimped and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm to 300 sqmm all as specified. Each Job-01 (s) Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098 (Part -1) laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipes or fixed on poles, as and when required on ground of following sizes .
