Construction of RCC over head tank following cap., with 10.00 mtr stagging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet, scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to tank including bends of requried degree, confirming to relevants code RCC stair case i/c G.I pipe railing 45cms. wide of usual height as per site requirement, SFRC manhole cover of 500mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not be less than 40 kg., ventilator at top dome with minimum opening of 45x450cms, water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven exposed surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component required for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge. The offers shall also include details structural drawing/ design calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also include the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/ MS pipe, fittings complete including duck foot bends, puddle collars, expansion joints etc connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other component required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Dia of pipe arrangement:- Inlet pipe 50mm dia, out let pipe 50mm dia and Scour pipe 65mm dia)

C/o RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:25 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. and RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.( Pick work 50% .Jumper Work 50% each)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement :Six sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonary(un-coursed brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six sand: twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement:two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (II nd class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors/windows frame manufacture from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means adjustable lugs with split and tail including steel but hings 2.5mm thick with guards lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer within all leads and lifts.(Profile-A)

Providing and fixing glazed and panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows & clear story windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using glavanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge destination 8 SG with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors, windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood (40mm thick) within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 20mm thickness within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement:one & half sand:three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing & shelves & their support balconies, beams, girder, bressumers & cantilever upto floor level.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing and fixing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor within all leads and lifts .

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3(One cement :three sand) within all leads and lifts .

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks /stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) within all leads and lifts.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid vetrified tile Nitco or equivalent in flooring, tread, steps and landing laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3( one cement : three sand ) Jointed with cement sullary complete in all respect.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid vetrified tile Nitco or equivalent in Skirting, rises of steps and dedos laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3( one cement : three sand ) Jointed with cement sullary complete in all respect.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un- decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material within all leads and lifts.

Applying a priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garrage door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.15mm Ms gusset plates at junction and corners, all necessary fitting complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint using MS angles 30mm x 6mm for diagonal braces with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc.within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ( Barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screw etc. within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with necessary screws etc. within all leads and lifts.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flats square or round bars with rounded headed bolts and nuts or by screws within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamp type-I of 16 mm dia Ms bar bend to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop as per standard design within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red paint:- In grating, framed, guards bars, ladders,railing, brackets & similar works within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of angle iron post 50x50x5mm thick and 2.35 mtr with 8 Nos holes 25cms centre to centre including cutting of sides of angle, jointing the hole and welding the horizontal piece 15cms long at bottom within all leads and lifts complete within all leads and lifts.
