OUT SOURCING AND MAINTENANCE OF STP (MAP) AT VSN NAGPUR

1. Outsourcing and maintenance of MBBR based sewage treatment plant capacity 250 KLD at MAP area VSN , for operatng the pump set , blowers and filtrers, treated water pump, and all connected equipments to main tain the required parameters of treated effluent in all respects , for each shift of 08 hrs three shifts by skilled personal 01 nos in each shifts of 08 hrs for three shifts a day (first shift i.e 06 hrs ot 1400 hrs), second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including sunday and holidays making the arrangement for reliver the operator shall properly record the log book and cleaning of installlatin including toilet is the responsibility of contractor all as specified and as directed.

(a) Log Book, Log Sheet & Chemical Consumption records shall be in contractor scope and contractor will provide chlorine testing kit and OT solution for testing of treated water and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

(b) Contractor shall be responsible for security for the premises on round the clock basis if any losses/damages occured at the primises the same shall be born by conmtractor.

(c) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the safety personal protective eqipments to their manpower deployed for safe operation, prices for safety PPE's like Gas Mask, Helmet, Apron, Handglobes, Electrical Safety Equipments & Safety shoes shall be included in contractor scope.

(d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of material & labour for the following:-

(i) Routine maintence of pump sets including motor as per manufacturer's instruction (Item No. 01 Contd//….)

(ii) Comprehensive repair and maintenance of one number main control panel like replacement of unserviceable wiring and push button, strat button, amp mtr, volt mtr indication button and compressor starter switch etc, the cost shall be included total overhaulling of motor control panel and make it fully serviceable. Routine maintenance of LT panels inside of buildings with motor starter for pump sets.

(iii) Checking of proper functioning of star delta starter for pump sets and replacements of minor spare parts.

(iv) Checking the foot valve of pump sets and rectify the defects

(v) Routine maintenence of dosing system.

(vi) Replacement of foot valve jeep leather and repair to any leakage in suction pipe line and header pipe line in pump house premises.

(vii) Maintenance and operation of all filter plants including all valve's including repair and gland packing.

(viii) The minimum qualification of the staff to be employed by the contractor will have minimum ITI passed for skilled and 10th passed for semiskilled.

(ix) Maintaining the daily running record of pump and entering in log sheet register (log sheet to be provided by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(x) In case of any staff is found absent from the duty, no payment will be made for that shift and penalty of double the quoted rate wil be made.

(xi) Any damage to machinery / equipment due to wrong handling, will be the responsibility of the contractor and the damage shall be completely rectified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

(xii) Attendence register for personnel employed by the contractor to be maintained and produced to EIC at the time of payment(RAR)

(xiii) To provide additional manpower for rectification of major problems

(xiv) All types of T&P required for day to day requirements shall be provide by the contractor

(xv) All types of transportation if required for handling materials /equipts etc shall be provided by the contractor

(xvi) All types of fire equipts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly

(xvii) All electrical fittings and fixtures to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage

(xviii) All types of water tanks including flushing tanks shall be maintained

(xix) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time and security checks to be carried out daily

(xx) Uniform to be maintained for employees for workingin O&M of STP

(xxiv) All safety equipments such as breathing apparatus, safety belts, air hose respiratory, portable lighting equipments, driversuit etc working hazardous condition to be provided by contractor (Item No. 01 Contd//….)

(xxii) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in main installation by the contractor as directed

(xxiii) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department

2. Testing of treated water sample collected from vayusena nagar nagpur and testing report required from through reputed laboratory as per BIS -10500:2012 for sewage treated water are required folowing test; Followings parameters for waste treated water should be maintained by the contractor of stp plant: - PH 6.5-8.5, TDS; BOD MG/L- <10; COD MG/L <150; TSS (Total suspended solids) MG/L <10; COLI FORM COUNT - COUNTS/100ML; RESIDUAL CHLORINE - >1.0

3. Supply of Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (90%) (C3CI3N303) Chlorine Granuals (90%) Size 5-8 Mesh, Appearance : White Granuals, Effective Chlorine : 90%, pH : 2.7 to 3.3 Note: - Mixing & dosing will be in Contractor scope as directed BY Enfr-In-charge.

4. SEWAGE TRANSFER PUMP (HORIZANTAL TYPE):- M&L for opening pump set split case centrifugal of capacity 10.5 m3/hr with head of 12 mwc Kirloskar make from motor coupling after isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the items with new items given vide item below, reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lath works all as specified at 250 KLD STP at AF Vayusena Nagar. Note: - Major Spares Parts will be measured & paid seperatly as supply only.

5. Supply only spare parts for pump set for fixing against item No. 4 as follows:-

a) Supply only pump shaft sleeve made out of gun metal

b) Supply only key for main shaft/impeller

c) Supply only motor pump coupling complete with nut, bolts etc

d) Supply only pump set bearing housing

e) Supply only pump Shaft

f) Supply only ball/roller bearing complete

g) Supply only impeller

6. 8. FILTER FEED PUMP (HORIZANTAL CENTRIFUGAL MONO BLOCK TYPE) : - M&L for opening pump set monoblock type of capacity 11.4 Cum/Hr @ 26 mtr head 2.2 KW 2900 rpm Kirloskar make coupling after isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the items with new items given vide item below, reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lath works all as specified at 250 KLD STP at AF Vayusena Nagar. Note: - Major Spares Parts will be measured & paid seperatly as supply only

10. AIR BLOWER FOR STP :- M&L for opening air blower set twin lobe type of capacity 140 Cum / Hr with head of 0.65 m Make Everest rpm 1367 , blower & motor coupling after isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the items with new items given below, reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lath works all as specified at 250 KLD STP at AF Vayusena Nagar Note :- Major Spares Parts will be measured & paid seperatly.as supply only

12. Taking down electric motor 7.5kw/10 HP 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully ,warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

13. Taking down electric motor 2.8 kw/ 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully ,warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

14. Taking down electric motor 1.75 kw/ 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully ,warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

15. M & L for Rewinding of pump motor 415 Volt 3 phase after disconnecting electric cable and eath lead, suction and delivery pipes, shifting to work shop, dismantling the motor assembly and removing the burnt out copper winding of stator and cleaning the stator slots and core assembly, rewinding to stator with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance, re-assembling the motor and testing complete, incl transporting back to site and fixing motor to its original place, reconnecting electric cable and earth leads etc testing and commissioning complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacity: -

(a) 7.5 kw/ 10 HP

(b) up to3 kw

16. Material and labour for cleaning of Equalisation sewage tank for 250 KLD STP by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump suitable capacity surface complete in all in as specified and directed.using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge for the following Note -Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank and de-watering will be the contractor unser his own arrangement.

17 Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR REACTOR TANK and TUBE SETTLER TANK for 250 KLD stp by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pumpsuitable capacity complete .using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site . Note -Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank and de-watering will be the contractor under his own scope arrangement.

18. Material and labour for cleaning of HYPO SOLUTION TANK/TREATED WATER TANK/ sewage tank for 250 KLD stp by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump capacity of pool surface complete in all in as specified and directed.using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge for the following Note -Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank and de-watering will be contractor scope under his own arrangement.

19. Material and labour for cleaning of Sludge dryer TANK/ for 250 KLD stp by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled waste material including using suitable equipment /tools surface complete in all in as specified and directed.using acid all as specified and directed.

20. Taking out old U/S and Supply and fix CI body NRV valve conforming to IS of size 50 dia complete with nuts,bolts,rubber gaskets etc including ,testing ,ISI marked ,including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc suitable for size 50 mm all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge Make: Kirloskar or Venus all as specified..

21. Taking out unserviceable & Supply and fix CI body foot valve conforming to IS of size 80 dia complete with nuts,bolts,rubber gaskets etc including ,testing all as specified.

22. Taking out unserviceable butter fly valve of size 40 mm bore and supply and fix new butter fly valve wafer type in CI Body with integrally moulded liner of nitrile or EPDM stainless steel Disc & stem, Liver operated as per IS 13095 in PN 1.0 in including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc direct integrally all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge Make: Kirloskar or kARTAR ,/ ISI

23. Taking out unserviceable butter fly valve of size 50 mm bore and supply and fix new butter fly valve wafer type in CI Body with integrally moulded liner of nitrile or EPDM stainless steel Disc & stem, Liver operated as per IS 13095 in PN 1.0 in including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc direct integrally all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge Make: Kirloskar or kARTAR/ISI ,/zoloto

24. Taking out unserviceable butter fly valve of size 65 mm bore and supply and fix new butter fly valve wafer type in CI Body with integrally moulded liner of nitrile or EPDM stainless steel Disc & stem, Liver operated as per IS 13095 in PN 1.0 in including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc direct integrally all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge Make: Kirloskar or kARTAR ,/ ISI/zoloto

25. 27. Supply and Laying PVC insulated 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 06 sqmm 4 core laid through and including suitable LDPE pipe all as specified and directed.

28. Supply and Laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty eldctric cables with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 04 sqmm 04 core laid through and including suitable LDPE pipe all as specified and directed.

29. Replacements of unserviceable nut bolts of any sizes 12x55 mm,16x55 mm,12x110mm,16x110 mm

30. Taking out unservicable & S & F MCCB 3 pole 63amps 'C' series, breaking capacity 35 Ka, 'C' curve 415 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. Make : Legrand /Havell Hager, L&T.

51. Cutting of vegetation / grasses earth hips etc, cleaning and leveling of cutting areas in stp area installaions surrounding of pump , filters water storage tanks complete all as specified and directed

52. Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground , digging out roots , filling holes and levelling off ground stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc . 50 m and clearing site all as directed

53. Material and labour for temporary shade size 1.5 mx 1.5 x1 mtr height using GI sheet made of GI sheet 0.63 mm thick in cluding supporting angles and PCC work for shade work

54. Taking out the existing pump and motor from the base plate of capacity up to 7.5 HP including disconnecting the existing electrical connection, suction and delivery line including earth work and breaking the existing PCC foundation and Providing new PCC for fixing the up to 7.5 HP Pump set pipe line foundation as per manufacture design, and refixing the pump set including necessery electrical connection and water connection testing complete.

55. Material and labour for PCC in 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in couping ,kneelers,including weathering rounded or chamferedangles and as directed. foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

56. Material and Labour for Disconnecting the existing 80mm GI pipe ,suction and delivery of any type from the pump set and fixing Hose pipe 80/50/40 mm dia mm bore and rubber flange joints complete for suction and supply delivery side including necessary nuts bolts and rubber etc, all as specified and directed. Note: The cost shall be included all fittings such as 'X' Nipple , Clamp, Nut bolts Flanges , socket, union etc for for fixing of Hose pipe in to the existing pump

57. Taking out unservicable pvc pipe and Supply and fix garden irrigation green hose pipe PVC material with fibre reinforce 40 mm bore including suitable metal clamps with nut and bolts

58. Taking out unservicable pvc pipe and Supply and fix garden irrigation green hose pipe PVC material with fibre reinforce 50 mm bore including suitable metal clamps with nut and bolts
