2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

Providing two rows of walling pieces 1/4 split coconut pieces on each sides and 1/3 split cross ties in alternate posts and screening the side with double new coconut cadjans over areccanut reepers 18 cm squre mesh and tied with cadjans and inside filled with earthcuts and conveyed with all lead and lifts including consolidating properly and maintaining the bund till the work is completed . And removing the same after completion of the work . Certified that the observed data prepared by taking the rate and labour charges as the scheduled rates and has been prepared as per the actual observation at site for the following items (For 10 mtr length) etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

60.2.3 : Bailing out water using pump above 5 HP and Up to 10 HP- including conveyance to site and erection,cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

60.64.1 : Coconut Pile - Supplying and stacking well matured straight coconut post for driving down through various strata below bed level including cost coveyance labour charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

60.64.4 : Coconut Pile - Driving down coconut pile to lines and levels through variuos strata including all hire charges and labour for fixing , staging platform and all other appliances necessary for pile driving down after pointing the bottom end etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

60.7.2 : DR PACKING Under foundation - Dry stone packing under foundation with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of material and labour charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size) etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

5.2.2 : Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

4.3.2 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge..

2.18.3 : Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete ( Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered):Depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

2.23 : Extra for planking and strutting in open timbering if required to be left permanently in position (Face area of the timber permanently left to be measured) etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.

2.25 : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. etc complete as per the direction of departmental Engineer in charge.
