Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid Flat or on edge) or bricks tiles in floors, channel, kerbs, aprons etc (each layer), Bricks laid, bedded and pointed in any Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks) half brick thick, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with old size Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (except Bricks) i.e. Serviceable old Bricks obtained from Item No.4 here-in-before), laid Flat in Drains, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and Pointed in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for Shafts, Wells, Cess Pits, Manholes, Pier Holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/Loose Soil and providing heaps along the Sewage Lines, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing upto a total distance of 50m where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Hardcore of guage not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and foundation of drainage complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L for Coping 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as directed.

Cleaning to Drain by taking out Brick Bat, Pebbles, Slits, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 meter and depostied, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slabs (for manhole covers, drains etc) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Steel re-inforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls, complete all as specified and directed..
