Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches, drains (Any width or square metre on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any height, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in foundation and plinth including curing complete excluding the cost of form work but including carriage of material with in all leads, lift, and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : Five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) including curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work up to plinth level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls any thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor any level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in secified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete as required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in Beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor all levels excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° (fifteen degree) up to all floor level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed vibrated and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lift and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm ( three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm (Thirty millimetre x Thirty millimetre x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in:-

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing form work in walls any thickness including attached pilasters butteresses plinth and string courses

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness.

Beams cantilever girders and lintels, side and soffits of beams, beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels any depth in all heights from floor.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan as required.

Arches, domes, vaults up to 6 m span

Form work in edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 cm wide as required.

Providing tor steel reinforcement TMT bars of grade Fe-500 D or more ISI make high yield strength for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire complete up to floor all levels including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dry stone pitching 15 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Flamed finish Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia (one hundred ten mili metre) with minimum pressure of 4.5 kg/sqm on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories of working pressure 4 Kgf/sq cm for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
