Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth of trenches for laying of pipe lines and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) at a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry sand as in cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layers as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/replacement for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole of any size and discription incl coping, foundation etc and shifting to E/M yard or any other location.

M&L for erecting the LT pole dismantled under above, in perfect verical position, embeded in PCC foundation (1:4:8) type D-2 and coping PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 all as specified. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fabricating and fixing, in replacement of, powder coated MS busbar chamber of minimum size of 900 x 600 x 300 mm, made out of CRCA MS Sheet 2 mm thick, front openable with locking arrangement, double door type, duly provided with aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 6 mm colour coded with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves for phases and neutral, fixed on SMC/DMC insulator, weather/vermin proof duly provided with PU gasket alond the door, fixed on 50x50x6mm angle iron 4 leg frame duly grouted in P:C:C (1:2:4) (Each leg 50cm grouted in ground/floor and 50cm above floor level, with and including one no of incomer MCCB 250 Amps, 36 kA, 3 pole, thermal magnetic release, ICS = 100% ICU with and including Spreader Terminals, including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 25 here-in-before but of size 600 x 600 x 300 mm size and without MCCB.

S&F in replacement of PVC jumper cable of size 95 Sqmm aluminium,single core suitable for 1100 volts and removing the old burnt/ worn out jumper complete all as directed.

All as per srl item No 27 here-in-before but of size 70 sqmm.

Supply and fixing of micro prismatic reftective sheet, min 2.5 cm wide, with adhesive base for dirtectly fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying of galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of the old paint by scraching with wire bursh/sand paper etc and including denting/patching of brocken/rusted surfaces and replacing brocken door etc and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in replacement aluminium bus bar of different capacity for phase and neutral with heat shrinkable including PVCsleeves in different colour codes for phase indication all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.
