Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc., complete as per HP.PWD specification, 100mm. spread thickness(finished work including materials and labour, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming, stone screening to fill -up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required densite Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405 including all leads ,lifts and carriage of material as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85kg./ sqm(zero point eight five kilograme per squaare metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502,including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per square meter in the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling/ carriage of materials through alll modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm ( twenty millimetres) (twenty millimetres) thickness composed of 13.2 mm( thirteen decimal two millimetres) to 5.6 mm (five decimal six millimetres) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen/VG-10 (ten) grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (five hundred eight), by mechanical means using bitumen (S-90)(ninety)/ VG-10 (ten) grade bitumen including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (five hundred ten), by mechanical means using bitumen (S-90) (ninety)/ VG-10 (ten) bitumen including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
