The Bidder should have completed the same kind of work valuing not less then 90% of the contract value and have supplied and installed 80% of bid quantity in atleast one of the last three Financial years before the bid submission date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU.

The Bidder should be a registered company in India under relevant company act(s) 1956/2013 or Govt. owned entity having established office within Karnataka.

The Bidder shall have GST and PAN registration with the state/central Government authorities.

The Bidder should either be the Original Equipment Manufacturer or an Authorized licensed agent dealer of the IT Infrastructure CCTVs and related equipment's Servers Computers and Routers, switches of different layers

The bidder should have Average annual Turn-over not less than 100% of amount put to tender during the last 3 preceding Financial Years i e 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Liquid assets (Cash at Bank, Term deposit,Availability of credit facility) in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank on or after the date of notification of tender shall not be less than 41.60 Lakhs

Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority A certificate for having read the clauses is required to be submitteduploaded by the Bidder separately in the following format: I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India I certify that this Bidder is not from such a country or if from such a country has been registered with the Competent Authority I hereby certify that this Bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered: (Where applicable evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority ie GOI shall be attached)

The bidder must not have defaulted/barred/Short closed/ blacklisted in providing services against any of the previous purchase orders placed by Power utilities/State Govt/Center Govt/Public Sectors or any other utilities from last 5 years as on the date of submission of bid

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last three years with KPTCL ESCOMs any DISCOMS A history of award involving litigation against the bidder or any part may result in rejection of bid.

The Proposed Hardware's End-of-Life should not be less than seven years from the date of work award
