Final clearance and approval of Forest Land coming under submergence and dam allied works under Bodwad Parisar Lift Irrigation Scheme Tal. Bodwad and Muktainagar Dist. Jalgaon

a) Scrutiny of relevant documents related to legal status verification and updating the Forest related documents available with Company. (Land records like 7/12, legal status of land, agreement with Govt, Maps of land, if lease then lease documents(mining plan), any Sanctuaries around the project area, project related documents etc) b) Preparation of detailed proposal - Application to Forest Department for diversion of forest land for executing nonforest activities under Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam 1980 with reeistration on Parivesh portal of MOEF, New Delhi.

Getting clearance from DCF office and forwarding the proposal to CCF office. a) Submission of detailed proposal along with all required documents & maps to DvCF office. b) Tree enumeration and preparation of estimate from the RFO office ( Abstract of Trees Girthwise Schedule & Non Scheduled). c) Field investigations including site survey, collection of Forest data, preparation of afforestation scheme, collection all maps, record of rights etc. d) Forwarding a proposal to the concerned CCF (after scrutinizing the proposal.) e) Simultaneously application to District Collector for No Alternative Land certificate & FRA certificate. f) Follow up and receipt of NOC with Gramsabha from a related villages. g) Identification of sensitive areas with details.

Getting clearance from CCF. a) Meeting/ discussions with concerned CCF b) Arrangement of site visit of CCF. c) Submissions/Compliance - to the points raised bv the CCF office. d) Forwarding proposal to PCCF office, Nagpur (upon scrutiny).

Getting clearance from PCCF, Nagpur and forwarding the proposal to the Government of Maharashtra. a) Scrutiny of the proposal at the level of APPCF office of the PCCF Nal!Dur. b) Submissions/Compliance - to the query points raised by APPCF office of PCCF Nagpur. c) Forwarding proposal to the Government of Maharashtra throul!h Nodal officer & PCCF Nagpur

Getting clearance from the Government of Maharashtra and forwarding the proposal to the Government of India. a) Scrutiny of the proposal at the level of Forest Conservation section of Forest department, Government of Maharashtra. b) Compliance to the points - raised by the Forest Department related to Land belonging to the Government of Maharashtra & processing, forwarding proposal up to Principle Secretary (Forests) GoM. c) Forwarding proposal to the Regional office of MOEF Govt. Of India. d) Scrutiny of the proposal at the Regional level - MOEF, Govt. of India, Nagpur or equivalent competent Authority, whomsoever. e) Compliance to the points raised by the Regional office - MOEF Nagpur level. f) Forwarding proposal to MOEF Dehli for processing. g) Scrutiny of proposal at the level of MOEF New Dehli and compliance with the points raised, if any. h) Conveying recommendations to MOEF Regional office Nagpur from MOEF New Dehli.

Getting Final clearance - including mandatory duties - For ex. payment of approved compensation to the respective individuals. a) Submission of compliance report to Forest Dept. With soft copy to the company including mandatory details as per the conditions stipulated in stage - I clearance. b) Completing the final clearance procedure (CAMPA payment, NPV payment, CA Land handover, Forest Land possession etc.

Submission of a comprehensive Final Report (with soft copies) to the Company includes mandatory duties to be completed by the Company in future. a) Submission of report along with Forest clearance copies and report pertaining to interpretation of condition stipulated by the forest department. b) Submission of Self Declaration- along with report indicating completion of tasks and project.
