Providing and fixing Galvalume sheets ( Supply of Pre painted Alu- Zinc alloy coated steel sheets -55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.6% Silicons and not less than 0.5mm thick-PPGL, 150 GSM). Sheet should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size 5.5 x 55mm with EPDM seal at top of corrugation complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, including providing necessary overlap not less than 250mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be paid separately.
