Improvement to Colony road from NH to Division office at Rengalbeda and PWD office to Sub-Division office at Dam site under Deogarh Irrigation Division, Deogarh.

Clearing and grubbing road land including including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thick. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface excluding watering and compaction in embankments of canal for al heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition)

Watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compaction by vibratory roller (8-10 tonne capacity) and spreading with ordinary grader attached with tractor in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers withmotor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road &Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 8-10 Tonnes 3 wheeled steel Roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning the surface and spraying primer as per specification @ 0.60Kg/sqm including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T.& P. workers well fare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam Grade- II with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site ,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concreteGrade-II with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects
