Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 82.50 KVA, Kirlosker make, water cooled type with and including replacement of 02 Nos. fuel filters, 02 Nos. oil filters, 01 No. air filter etc. by carrying out 'B' check as per manufacturer's maintenance chart complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 125 KVA, Kirlosker make, water cooled type with and including replacement of 02 Nos. fuel filters, 02 Nos. oil filters, 01 No. air filter etc. by carrying out 'B' check as per manufacturer's maintenance chart complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1.00 TO 3.00: - ENGINE OIL AND COOLENT SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPARATELY AS 'SUPPLY ONLY'.

Supply only coolant SK-802 complete all as specified.Make- Castrol, Servo, Hindustan Oil.

Supply only Engine oil 15W40 of specified grade as required by OEM of DG set complete all as specified. Make- Castrol, Servo, Hindustan Oil.

Supply and fixing in repairs three pole power contactors with standard coil voltage of 415 Volts 50 Hz and auxiliary of 02 Nos. of AC-3 Rating of 140 Ampere MCX 140 series as per Cat. part No. CS 94138 of L&T or having same specification in GE, Siemens or BCH complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs three pole power contactors with standard coil voltage of 415 Volts 50 Hz and auxiliary of 02 Nos. of AC-3, Rating of 95 Ampere MCX 95 series as per Cat. part No. CS 94136 of L&T or having same specification in GE, Siemens or BCH complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs three pole power contactors with standard coil voltage of 415 Volts 50 Hz and auxiliary of 02 Nos. of AC-3, Rating of 50 Ampere MCX 50 series as per Cat. part No. CS 97075 of L&T or having same specification in GE, Siemens or BCH complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs AMF controller relay for Auto / Manual operation for protection of external fault, over speed, over and under voltage protection, fail to start, fail to stop, emergency stop with 1% accuracy as per Model No. DGC-7 of Procom or having same specifications in L&T, Schenider complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs supply monitoring phase and voltage control 3 phase, 4 watt, 240 volts AC, 47 to 63 Hz as per Cat Part No. MG73BH (SM series) of L&T or having same specifications in C&S, Siemens complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing, cleaning and repairing of Radiator assembly of DG set of 20 KVA to 62.5 KVA by proper opening and re-fixing back after repair, washing, cleaning in same existing position properly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing, cleaning and repairing of radiator assembly of DG set of 82.5 KVA to 125 KVA by proper opening and re-fixing back after repair, washing, cleaning in same existing position properly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of armature assembly of 50 KVA capacity DG set with super enamelled insulated copper wire of existing size and gauge, varnishing work, drying, refixing the same, testing, commissioning with and including dismantling of old coil, cleaning throughly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of AVR unit suitable for Kirlosker make DG set including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of new battery charger of Kirloskar make, suitable of 6 Ampere, 12 Volts suitable for charging of generator battery with and including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as speicified and directed.

S & F in replacement of LED type street light fitting 70/72 watt with IP-66 fixed to existing electric pole with all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of LED type street light fitting 45 watt with IP-66 fixed to existing electric polewith all accessories duly pre-wired including taking down unserviceable one street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of laying or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade weather proof flat twin core aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of LED Flood light fitting 200 watt with IP-66 to be fixed on high mast lights complete with all accessories pre-wired as per including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F(in replacement) of LED Flood light fitting 50 watt with IP-66 to be fixed on high mast lights complete with all accessories pre-wired as per including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of storage type lead acid battery 150 AH 12/24 volts fully charged suitable for generators with and including taking down old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of storage type maint free lead acid battery 150 AH 12/24 volts fully charged suitable for solar light with for long backup and including taking down old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for copper pipe of 10 to 15 mm dia as required at site for split type AC any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flushing of condenser and evaporator coil of split type AC by using carbon-di-oxide / Nitrogen gas including checking of leakage in the system, brazing the leakage part of oil gas tubing as required and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully defective split type AC including transporation of the same from MES store yard or site to the workshop and back, refixing / reinstalling, connecting and testing the same after replacement of defective / burnt compresssor sealed unit by providing new compressor suitable for 2.00 TR capacity AC purchased directly from the authorised dealer, flushing of condenser and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Fuse Base for din type HN Fuse links for current rating 160 Ampere complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs timer relay of 240 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.
