Landscaping and Gardening Near Snack Bar and at Entrance Gate to the Dam

2.32:Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

30.2.1:Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

30.2.2:Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

30.2.4.1:Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

30.2.20:Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded).

30.2.39.6:Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide , lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel will be provided by the Department & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)and as per direction of officer in charge.Open spaces (3.00 Acre=One Mali)As per yard stick

OD32704/2022-2023:Supplying and planting Turkey fig plant and conveyance of above plant and labor charges for planting (Pit of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m,) in the mixture of suitable earth with necessary manure in the required proportion ,watering and maintaining the trees till the plant grows to a healthy stage. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site

OD26377/2022-2023:Hire charges for engaging hydraulic excavator (3D) with driver and fuel for loading the existing material from the work site and shifting it to the nearby open area as per the direction of departmental officials at the site.

16.91.1:Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
