Cleaning the existing Black topped surface with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and /or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all material,labour, HOM complete as per specification etc., Complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Wet Mix Macadam by Plant Mix Method: Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12&13, mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Prime Coat :Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion (SS-I) emulsion complying with IS: 8887 of approved quality and make on prepared surface of granular Base such as WBM, WMM including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying using Bitumen Pressure Distributor, uniformly at the rate as per Table 500-1, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading etc., complete. On WMM/WBM surface @ 0.80Kg/sqm. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Tack Coat:Providing and applying Tack coat as per table 500-5 on a prepared surface using rapid setting bituminous(RS-1) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by mechanical broom & dusting by Air compressior, and spraying by bitumen pressure distributor, including cost of all material, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading and unloading stacking, etc complete, including lead for emulsion Using Bitumen 80/100 Grade (VG-10) On Granular surface treated with primer at 2.5Kg/10 Sqm etc., complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-8, 9, 10 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 Grade (VG-30) in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen, with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness) [Using 40- 60 TPH Hot mix plant with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control 50 - 75 mm compacted thickness (Grading 2) with 4.50% VG-30 Bitumen] etc., complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-16, 17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with bituminous binder in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen & cement with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. Tin Shed Portion Earth excavation for foundation of buildings, culverts, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical conduits either in pits or in trenches up to 1.5 m in width, in Hard soil not exceeding 1.5m in depth including dressing the botton and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation, after breaking of clodes complete as per specifications with all lead and lift, etc., complete. Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix M20 with OPC cement @ 300Kgs with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.43cum, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications. etc complete., As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Earthwork excavation in soil deposits and fulfilling sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead. and lift. including cost of all labour complete as per specifications. .As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing shahabad stone flooring set in CM 1:8 with cement pointing 1:3 prop. etc. complete. 40mm thick., etc complete as directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Fabricating, supplying & erecting M.S.Angular Truss for all spans as per approved designs and drawing. The entire truss is anchored suitably by using 4 Nos. of M.S. anchor bolts at each support, with base plate and shoe plate. The work includes cutting, straightening, placing in position of M.S angle and welding wherever necessary, and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat to all the members including cost of all materials, labour charges, & hire charges of machineries for cutting, welding, grinding & erection equipments, etc , complete as per specification. Providing and installing of pre painted Galvalume iron Trapezoidal profiled sheet of approved make 1060 mm width (1000 mm cover width), 28-30 mm crest height with crest distance of 200 mm clc with 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening. The total coated thickness (TCT) of the sheet will be 0.47 mm +1- 0.02 mm tolerance Zinc-Alu Alloy coating AZ150 gsm as per ASTM 1397/A755-550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 20-22 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws of 25 mm length, to be fixed over the existing purlins, rafters, channels and trusses. etc., complete.As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.
