R.C.C. M-25 using 20mm size and downgraded size hard broken granite stone chips ffor R.C.C works of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M. proportion (1:4) using good coarse river sand of aproved quality finished smooth over brick masonary after racking out joints including watering & curing with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Painting two coats to exposed plastered surfaces with weather paint over a coat of cement primer of approved shade to give an even surface including cost & all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with PRR 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of H.G stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SSI on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road suface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 Cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen ,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen.
