The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, glazed/skeleton shutters with second class hard wood,open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete as specified and directed . Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Powder coated Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge complete all as specified and directed. Supply only 4 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beading/rubber beading exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The cost of rubber beads and fixing included with the unit quoted rate of respective UPVC shutter)
