Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan, socket or power socket) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holder pendants, regulators, sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated with PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable in surface PVC conduit 20mm or higher dia , complete with all accessories /fitting and Ist class hard wood (Shisham) terminal switch board of suitable size with 3mm thick plastic laminated hard gloosy surface sheet top cover open recessed on all and brass screw and washer including unsheathed single core PVC insulated cable green in colour 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as contineous earth wire and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for : One light point/Fan point/bell point controlled by one way switch of 5/6 Amps

Supply and Fix in replacement 1x20 watt LED building security light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same of GI pipe of 40mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with two core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level, conneted to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, cheek nuts and washers of galvanised or iron protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and connected to main switch board as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40x40 Cm x 6Cm reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 5 cm c/c with one handle for lifitting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, funnle, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering including charcoal and salt in alternative layers necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I, 2009.
