Taking down carefully of any type of point wiring light, fans, socket or power complete fitting such as switch ceiling roses, pendent, regulator, sockets etc. for taking schedule of credit and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

M&L for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated, 1100 Volts, unsheathed single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor with necessary earth continuity conductor of 1.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, drawn through PVC rigid conduit of suitable size duly fixing on wall/ceiling for one light point controlled by one 5 amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item no 3 here-in-before but for one light point controlled by two 2 way switch all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no-3 above but for one bell point controlled by one bell push on the same board with other switches or independent all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, drawn through PVC casing & caping of suitable size duly fixing on wall/ceiling connected to common earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one 5 amps one way switch or one 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no-10 here-in-before but for one bell point controlled by one bell push on the same board with other switches or independent all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi strand copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn existing surface /recessed and including PVC conduit medium grade 25mm dia ISI marked complete with fittings and fixings accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item no 28 here-in-before but in and including surface PVC capping and casing (double lock) of 25mm size with all necessary fittings all as specified and as directed.
