Taking down cement plaster any thickness any description on brick or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass,weed,saplings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of Weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty including Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of Chalk whiting primer on walls including as under complete all as specified and directed. (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (v) Removing and replacing furniture, moveable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (vi) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc. (vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc.

Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS-H grade in and including medium duty concealed/ surface PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of Metal flush box zinc oxide plated or PVC non metallic surface mounting type box, as per site requirement, with modular plate and frame of 01 module to 18 module as required at site, for mounting of modular switches, sockets etc including continuous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS-H grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed of the following. One light point controlled by one 1-way modular switch.
