Repairs to 100 HP/125 HP OISD Starter by way of complete dismantling of the starter & then replacement of all damaged/burnt out copper contact points both long/fixed and short/movable and replacement of damaged trip coil. The job includes setting right of handle mechanism. Rettaping/ thimbling of the terminal connections as per sample and then testing on full load For 100 HP OISD Starters at: LI/DWs Malikgund(1 Nos) , Trigam( 1 No’s),Khiojbal (1 No) & Sarai-Dangerpora(1 No), Badrihall(1 No). Tilwansar(1 No), Kandikhan(1 No) For 125 HP OISD Starter at: LI/DWs Rakh-i-Shilvat (1 No) . Note: Old rusted pipes/scrap material shall be returned to divisional store.
Repairs to 150 HP ATS starter at LIS Markundal drought by way of disconnecting of the input/ output power cables, dismantling of the starter, removing of the damaged copper contact points by engaging skilled manpower. The job includes P/F of new copper contact points (movable 12 nos. and fixed 12 nos).Job includes replacement of damaged connection rods (02no) by way of providing and fitting of new connection rods as per existing sample. The job includes checking and setting of the connection rod and starter connections. Also includes assembling of the starter re-installation at site and testing on full load.
