Removing UNSV & S & F new seat & back made out of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood duly upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam and the back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 75mm thick for seat & 50mm thick for back alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing UNSV & S & F castor wheels heavy duty as per the approved sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing UNSV & S & F new handrest matching with existing all in shape,size,material & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new pedestal assembly matching with existing all in shape,size & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new synchro tilting mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the gas lift mechanism for making the seat adjustment functional.complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Writing, Chair Visitors : (FD/E6/MAP/12, DELITE HI-TECH & GODREJ)

Repair of Chair School with Hand Board (FD/E6/MAP/05)

M & L for removing old broken PVC Back Seat (Blow plast)from Chair School with Hand baord and S & F new PVC back seat (Blow last) with suitable screws/nut & bolt, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of PVC Back Seat - Blow Plast.

M & L for removing old unserviceable Hand board from chair school with hand board and S & F new hand board made with 18mm thick pre laminated particle board with 6mm thich teak wood edging all around including two coats french polishing fixed with suitable screws and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for welding work to broken frame wherever required and redusting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF TABLE BED SIDE (MAP) (FD/MAP/07)

M & L for removing old UNSV drawer with telescopice channel from table bed side and S & F new drawer made out of 12mm thick both side pre laminated particle board exterior grade for sides and 18mm thick both sides pre laminated particle board exterior grade colour shade matching with existing board for front & back of drawer including 12" long telescopic channel heavy duty for both side of drawer duly fixed suitable screws and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for removing old UNSV left or right side from table bed side and S & F new left or right side made out of 18mm thick both sides pre laminated particle board exterior grade colour shade matching with existing board duly fixed with suitable screws/nails and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M & L for removing old UNSV cabin shutter from table bed side and S & F new shutter made out of 18mm thick both sides pre laminated particles baord exterior grade colour shade matching with existing board duly fixed with suitable hings matching with existing hinges fixed with screws/nails and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M & L for removing old UNSV top or bottom from table bed side and S & F new top or bottom of 18mm thick both sides pre laminated particle board exterior grade colour shade matching with existing board duly fixed with suitable screws/nails and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M & L for removing old broken handle from drawer / shutter of table bed side and S & F new S/S 'C' shape handle 50mm wide duly fixed with suitable machine screws and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF CHAIR DINING (MAP) (FD/MAP-II/04) S&F in repair for the following existing wooden components from Chair Dining (MAP) carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts made of first class Indian Teak wood well-seasoned, free from pits & knots including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, welding, gluing, placing every part in-tact complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cushion 75mm thick 40 density including 12mm thick BWR ply wood fixed with as per existing pattern, Make Sleepwell/Kurlon (Kurlon Ltd) duly covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 300 per mtr quality and shade as approved by Engr -in-Charge/GE and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of wooden surface of Chair Dining (MAP) by scraping with sand paper, redusting and apply putty wherever required and polishing the surface with french polish two coats to get glossy finish all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make of polish Shalimar,Sheenlac)
