Getting Refundable Deposit from crossing Authority (approx. amount of deposit to be recovered from multiple authorities.)

Notes:

The bidder shall quote the prices strictly as per the price bid format. Any bid not conforming to the price bid format shall be rejected.

The bidder shall have to quote the rates for each service requirement. The bidder who fails to comply against requirement shall be rejected.

The bid shall be evaluated on the basis of total cost to the company (Part-A + Part-B).

On individual packages evluation basis (P1 to P8). Contract shall be awarded to lowest evaluated bidder for respective packages (P1 to P8).

The quantity mentioned for each line item is indicative only and actual quantity may vary up to any extent without altering unit price.

Withholding tax shall be applicable on the entire contract value as per the prevailing rate.

GTL reserves the right to reject any or all bid without giving any reason whatsoever.

For Support service team at Site & CA/GTL staff at GTL-HO, the payment shall be made as per actual deployment and based on the certification from the Owner.

As all the work mentioned in Scope of Work for all mentioned SOR (of Part-A & B above), all the expenses shall be in scope of bidder

If the project executes before completion schedule, then the payment shall be paid accordingly based on unit price.

Providing Support Services related to opening of right of Users (ROU) and physical possession of Land for construction and Compensation Award Declaration and Payment.

Obtaining NOC/Approval for tree Valuation as per Govt. of Gujarat Circular dated 13.07.2023 for Crop/Tree award declaration.

Providing Legal Services during construction stage

GETTING GTL NAME IN 7-12 LAND REVENUE RECORD AS SECOND RIGHT OF USER
