Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces like ceiling, chajja etc in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces as on ceiling applying two coats white wash complete all as spfd and directed.

M & L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over & including a coat of white cement wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint white or tinted over & including a coat of white cement wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper (washable) oil emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size old bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick E-Board tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600x 600mm fixed with and including Powder coated Aluminium snap grid with 25x25x1.5 mm thick Tee section and 38x25x2 mm thick angle with hanging/supporting arrangements as in false ceiling at bottom at spacing 60 cm centre to centre including necessary GI cleats and 4mm dia GI wire as suspender fixed to ceiling not exceeding 1.20 mtr centre both ways with dash fastners complete and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prelam hollow PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5mm consisting panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 35mm wide strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fastners. The distance between two screws shall not be more thant 200 mm. The strips shall be fixed to wall vertically at an equal interval of 10" between two PVC strips. A strip of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are jointed, using solvent cement and including taking down existing PVC wall paneling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall/roof/Chajja projections including facia, cornices including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke roof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and etc and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint upto five story building with necessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed. Note- Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Mechanical means), Shade and coloured as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of Old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke roof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke roof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of birla white putty or JK wall putty avg 3mm thick with smooth finish by sand papering to achieve smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in walls or cladding or in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, 600x300 mm size, as in walls or cladding or in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for non- skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing old floor or wall tiling and 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface including framework and G.I. wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

M&L POP (Plaster of Paris) false ceiling applying 10 to 12 mm thick POP finish over ceiling surfaces with wall care putty mixed with POP powder in ratio of 1:10 (a) PGI sheet of 26 gauge in angle shape of size 25 x 25 mm all around the wall complete. (b) Main runners of 26 gauge PGI sheet in angle shape of size 35 x 25 mm at the interval of 90 cm centre to centre complete. complete including one dome not less than 1 metre dia and frame work complete all as described below : (c) Cross runners of 26 gauge PGI sheet in angle shape of size 35 x 25 mm at 40 cm center to center complete. (d) Suspender/ hanger of 26 gauge of PGI sheets in angle shape of size 25 x 25 mm fixed to soffits of roof by steel fastener complete.

Dismantling of laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) colour as approved by accepting officer machine cut and machine polished and moulding , window cill , riser of step and urinal partition , wash basin platform and floor , skirting / dados like in C M 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixure of match with shade of marble dust and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of marble laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement sluury mixed with pigment to match including rubbing and mirror polished over and including 15 mm th. screed or cement plaster on brick surface or contrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and rough as screed including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
