Providing and placing polypropylene (PP), staple fiber, needle punched nonwoven geotextile (325 gsm, Coloured) manufactured by any reputed ISO 9000 series certified company. The fibers shall be needled to form a stable network that retains dimensional stability relative to each other. Providing and placing precast PCC Cubes having weight approx of 2.4 MT using concrete grade M-25 with min. cement content 330 kg/cum, including Shuttering, centering transporting and placing at sea bed level with cranes on shoreline ,the rate include supply & fixing of UPVC pipe of size 100mm dia (4kg/cm2) all complete as per working drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing precast PCC Dolos (Tetra pods) having weight approx of 2 MT using concrete grade M-30 with min. cement content 340 kg/cum of 53 grade cement including admixtures in recommended proportations as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability ,mixing of plasticiser, transporting and placing with proper distribution to form a mutually interlocking arrangement at sea bed level with cranes on shoreline all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (including shuttering, deshuttering & necessary supports / jacks etc.)

Add / Deduct for using extra / less cement in Item Ser No. 5 (M-25) and Item Ser No. 6 (M-30)

Providing and placing of approved granite rock of desired durability of various grades for reclamation bunds, slope protection as indicated below to required lines, lengths, slopes as per drawing including cost of equipment, accessories for placement of rocks , cost of rocks, labour, temporary path etc. complete in all respects. Rates of rock to include state duties, all taxes, royalties, transport to the site of work and voids to be filled with spalls as required.Granite rocks will be measured in barge subject to deduction of voids. (i) Granite graded rock 50 to 70 kg for core.

(ii) Granite graded rock 300 to 500 kg for riprap. Note : Measurement of the boulder in barge shall be taken and 15% for gtanite graded rock 50 to 70 Kg and 15% for granite graded rock 300 to 500 Kg shall be deducted for voids.
