1. Any bid quoting lower than the reserve price would stand automatically rejected.

2. Area of Built-up spaces (for each Hangar/Office) offered under this document is approximately 2890 Sqm. and shall be charged at actual area measurement. The built-up space are a shall be finalized after joint measurement in the presence of Leaser and HADCL, prior to finalization and execution of the Agreement.

3. The above FINANCIAL or Price Bid PROPOSAL shall be submitted mandatorily online under Commercial Envelope and not to be submitted manually along with Technical Bid or as such in a separate envelope.
