Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage tapping range + 7.5% with tappings at every steps 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014 , With Latest Amendment No 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Energy Efficiency Level -2) Level-2, for Transformer manufacturing of capacity 630 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling (oil confirming to IS 335 and ISI Mark) complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nut`s and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable with suitable arrangement to fix 400 Sqmm XLPE Single core cable, 2 runs per phase. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent.

(e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade.(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Earthing arrangement. (k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Oil drain valve. (n) Lifting hook and danger Notice plate. (o) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (p) Air relief valve plug. (q) WTI and OTI. (r) Buccholz Relay (s) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (t) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (u) Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. (v) Transformer drawing shall be got approved from GE before placing of order. Note :- The transformer should be energy efficiency level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nos clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) conforming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole, starting with black strip,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No 5 & 6 :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 600 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick, fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 4mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level or fixed on electric sub station grouted on wall with hole fastener. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts cross sectional area 400 Sqmm single core grade, laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing or in any other situation complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (cold shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of LT Panel of size 2.0mtr X1.8mtr X0.75mtr , weather proof, outdoor type,degree of protection IP-56, having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle size 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system with 70%-80% perspex sheet minimum thickness 5 mm covered in front and rear door and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-56 and breaking capacity 65 KA complete comprising of the following :- (a) Copper busbar of capacity 1500 Amps - Set of four with coloured insulation sleeves. (b) Incoming :-ACB ,1000 Amps, 4Pole, Elect fixed, MDO, 4Pole, 415V, 50 KA - 01 No (c) Outgoing :- MCCB 400 Amps, 4Pole, 415V,36 KA - 01 No. adjustable type with Microprocessor release.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not.exceeding 0.5 cu mtr, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in post holes, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of mesh size 50 to 100mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO and same shall be convened by GE during execution of work.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips 10mm dia round bars confirming to Fe 500/550 D as in stiffeners to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing old/ defective transformer of capacity 400 KVA including disconnect the cables and further it should be deposited in MES store at AGE E/M (E/S) subdivision complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out Old/defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and cables should be deposited in MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out old/ defective LT Panel any size and any type from it's foundation on floor and after removal, LT panel should be deposited in MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out Old/defective GOD switch from it's position and after disconnecting, GOD Switch should be deposited in MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 50mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT Cable and stay assembly and in other situation not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 45.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling of pole, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as coping to poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
